MODA3.com understands that ordering online is not always an easy task, and we appreciate the opportunity to take care of you. We want to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible. We are happy to return merchandise that falls within the following guidelines.
The merchandise is returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns received after this date will be refused and returned to you at your expense. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Tags are attached and the item is in its original packaging.
- Items are in “new” condition (NO odors, hair or other signs of wear.)
- Items are completely resalable.
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON DISCOUNTED/SALE ITEMS. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON ITEMS MARKED FINAL SALE.
- For hygienic reasons hats, underwear, and swimwear are all sales final.
- Eyewear and Watches all sales final
- Books/Magazines all sales final
- All Sales Final on items marked limited release.
- We do not offer exchanges due to the limited nature of our products, please reorder the item you need if available and request a return for refund on the item you wish to send back to us.
- If you received FREE SHIPPING on the original order, it will be DEDUCTED from your refund.
- Returns not accepted on quantities of 2 or more of the same product.
- Online purchases cannot be returned instore. All online returns must receive approval before return via mail.
- A restocking fee may apply to certain items. Please contact us for further details.
Before returning a package, simply EMAIL US at crew@moda3.com and request a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number on the outside of the box.
Packaging and Shipping Returns:
Please include the packing slip with your return and wrap the package securely. The manufacturer’s box must be inside a box suitable for shipping. PLEASE DO NOT SHIP IN THE MANUFACTURER’S BOX (RETURNS RECEIVED IN MANUFACTURERS PACKAGING WILL BE REFUSED AND RETURNED AT BUYERS EXPENSE.) For your protection, we recommend that you use a traceable/trackable/insurable form of shipping. We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods in transit back to MODA3.com

Once we receive your item and it passes inspection please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your refund. Once your refund is complete we will confirm to you via the email address supplied with the original order.
SHIPPING POLICY
Orders placed Monday – Friday before noon (CST) are shipped same day. Orders placed after 12pm CST or on weekends/holidays are shipped on the next business day. There are some instances when orders will not ship the same day. If you need your order by a certain date, please contact us and we will do our best to make it happen.
UPS Ground shipments arrive 1-5 business days after shipment. Please note delivery times may vary depending on location, and we do not guarantee these delivery times due to third-party factors beyond our control. (Weather conditions, holidays or incorrect shipping information can delay shipments)
PLEASE NOTE: MODA3 is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please request a signature if you have issues with packages going missing, otherwise we hold no liability if package is confirmed as delivered by UPS GPS tracking measures.
To cancel or change an order, you must call or e-mail us by 11am (CST) with the following info:
- Your order number or e-mail address that the order was placed under
- Exact details of how you would like us to modify your order
If you call or e-mail after 11am, we will do everything possible to correct your order before it is shipped. However, we can not guarantee that your order can be modified/cancelled after 11am (CST).
We currently do not ship internationally or accept internationally issued credit cards.
Orders using P.O. Boxes will be shipped via UPS Smartpost
If you refuse your package based on either not being able to retrieve from UPS access point or after multiple attempts to be contacted by UPS per their protocol, and then it is returned to MODA3 we are under no obligation to issue a refund and you forfeit the items.
